Who we are

This website belongs to OG Sports, a shop in Aleppo, Syria, selling sneakers, streetwear, football kits and sports accessories. "OG", "we" and "us" mean OG Sports. "You" means anyone who visits the website or sends an order request.

Order requests

When you send an order from the website, you send us a request, not a finished sale. There is no online payment on this website.

After you send a request we check the stock and call or message you on the mobile number you gave us. The order is only confirmed when you and OG agree on it. We may decline a request, for example when an item has sold out, when we cannot reach you, or when a request looks like a duplicate or a test.

• Please give a mobile number we can reach. If we cannot reach you, we cancel the request.
• You can cancel a request from your profile page, or by telling us, before it is confirmed.
• We may limit how many open requests one person can have at the same time.

Prices and stock

Prices are shown in Syrian pounds (SYP) and US dollars (USD). The price that counts is the one we confirm with you when we confirm the order.

Stock on the website follows the stock in the shop, but items also sell in the shop at the same time. An item you see as available can sell out before we confirm your request. If that happens, we tell you and you do not pay anything.

We try to show every product correctly. Colours can look different on your screen, and if we make a mistake in a price or description, we correct it before we confirm the order.

Payment

• Delivery in Aleppo: pay in cash when the order reaches you, or pay by transfer.
• Pickup from the shop: pay at the shop when you collect.
• Another Syrian city or abroad: pay by transfer before we send the order.
• For transfers, you can upload a photo of the receipt. We only send the order after we receive the money.

Delivery and pickup

We deliver in Aleppo with our own team and send to other Syrian cities with a transport office. Delivery prices and times are confirmed with you by phone. When a courier or transport office delivers, you may pay the delivery fee to them on arrival.

For pickup, we hold your confirmed order at the shop for a limited time, which we tell you when we confirm. After that, the items can go back on sale.

Please check your order when you receive it and tell us straight away if something is wrong or missing.

Printing on jerseys

You can ask for a name and number to be printed on a jersey. We confirm the printing and its price with you together with the order. Printed jerseys are made for you, so check the spelling and number carefully before you confirm.

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges follow the policy on our Returns page. If you are not sure whether an item can be exchanged, ask us before you confirm the order.

Your account

You need an account to send order requests. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account. Give us your real name and a mobile number that is yours.

We may close an account that is used to send fake requests, to abuse our staff, or to break these terms.

Using the website

Photos, videos, text and the OG logo on this website belong to OG Sports or are used with permission. Do not copy them for commercial use without asking us. Brand names and logos of the products we sell belong to their owners.

Do not try to break, overload or get into parts of the website that are not meant for you.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the website running and correct, but it can sometimes be slow or unavailable, especially when the internet connection is weak. We are not responsible for losses caused by the website being unavailable. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms that apply to an order are the ones that were on this page when you sent the request.

Law

These terms follow the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic. If there is a problem, please contact us first — we would rather solve it together.
