Quick answers about ordering from OG.
Add the items you want to your cart, open the cart and send your order. This sends us an order request — there is no online payment. We check the stock, then call or message you to confirm the order, the price and how you get it.
You can browse, fill your cart and save a wishlist without an account. To send an order you need an account with your name and mobile number, so we can reach you and you can follow your requests on your profile page.
We confirm every order by phone or message before we prepare it. Please use a number you answer — if we cannot reach you, we cancel the request.
We call or message you after we check the stock, during the shop's opening hours. You can see the hours on the contact page. If you sent your order after closing time, we contact you the next working day.
Open your profile page. Each request shows its progress: received, confirmed by OG, ready for pickup or out for delivery, and completed.
You can cancel a request from your profile page while it is not yet confirmed. To change a request, message us, or cancel it and send a new one. After an order is confirmed, contact us and we will do our best.
The website follows the stock in the shop, and the same items are sold in the shop at the same time. Sometimes the last piece sells before we confirm your request. When that happens we tell you straight away, and you do not pay anything.
Prices are shown in Syrian pounds (SYP) and US dollars (USD). We confirm the final amount with you when we confirm the order. Delivery fees and jersey printing are added separately and also confirmed by phone.
There is no payment on the website. Delivery in Aleppo: pay in cash when the order arrives, or by transfer. Pickup: pay at the shop. Other Syrian cities and abroad: pay by transfer before we send the order. The transfer options appear at checkout.
Upload a photo of the transfer receipt when you send the order, or later from your order page. Adding the transfer number helps us find it faster. We send the order once we receive the money.
Yes. Our own team delivers in Aleppo. We confirm the delivery fee and time with you by phone, and you can pay in cash when the order arrives.
Yes. We send with a transport office. Pay by transfer before we send the order. The delivery fee is usually paid to the transport office when you collect it.
Choose "Abroad" at checkout and send your order. We contact you to confirm the shipping cost and time before anything is sent. Orders abroad are paid by transfer before we send them.
Yes. Choose "Pick up from the shop" at checkout — no address needed. After we confirm, we hold your order at the shop for a limited time that we tell you on the call. You pay when you collect it.
OG Sports is in Aleppo. The address, map and opening hours are on the contact page, and it shows whether the shop is open right now. You are welcome to visit and try things on.
Yes. At checkout, choose the jerseys to print on and add a name (up to 16 letters, in any language) and/or a number from 0 to 99. We confirm the printing and its price with you together with the order. Printed jerseys are made for you, so check the spelling carefully.
Each product shows the sizes in stock. If you are between two sizes or not sure, message us before you order and we will help — or visit the shop and try it on.
Tap the heart on any product to save it. Without an account it is saved on your device. When you sign in, your wishlist is saved to your account so you see it on any phone or computer.
On the sign-in page, tap "Forgot your password?" and enter your email. We send you a link to choose a new password.
