What we collect

When you create an account or send an order request, we collect:

Your name, mobile number and email address.
Your gender, only if you choose to tell us.
Your password. It is stored scrambled (hashed), so nobody at OG can read it.
If you sign in with Google: your name and email from your Google account.
For orders: what you ordered, the delivery method, your city and address, notes for the driver, names and numbers to print on jerseys, and, for transfers, the receipt photo and transfer number.
Messages you send us through the contact form.
Your cart and wishlist, so they are there the next time you sign in.

Why we use it

To confirm your order requests by phone or message, and to deliver them or hold them for pickup.
To check transfers and keep a record of sales.
To answer your messages.
To keep your account, cart and wishlist working.
To keep the website safe, for example to stop fake or repeated requests.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

OG staff see your order requests so they can confirm and prepare them. Your orders are passed to the shop's own sales system, where the sale is recorded.

We use a few services to run the website. They store or process data for us and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes:

Supabase — our database, sign-in and file storage (for example receipt photos).
Our server host — runs the website itself.
Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.
A driver or transport office — receives your name, number and address to deliver your order.

Cookies and storage on your device

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage items that the website needs to work:

A sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in.
A language cookie that remembers English or Arabic.
Browser storage for your cart and wishlist before you sign in, and for small settings such as whether the music is on.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information while your account is open. We keep order records for as long as we need them for the shop's sales and accounts. Receipt photos and contact messages are kept only as long as we need them to handle your order or question.

Your choices

You can see and change your name and mobile number on your profile page. You can also contact us to:

Get a copy of the information we hold about you.
Correct information that is wrong.
Close your account and delete your information. We may keep order records we need for the shop's accounts.

Keeping it safe

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only OG's admins can see order and customer information, and each person can see only their own account and orders. No system is perfectly safe, so please use a password you do not use anywhere else.

Children

You need to be 16 or older to create an account. If you are younger, please ask a parent or guardian to order for you.

Changes to this page

If we change how we use your information, we update this page and the date at the top.
